Unicredit - Camera Cafè
The Unicredit Camera Cafè format was created to explain the importance of the Direct Division to the entire network. Two colleagues meet at the coffee machine and begin to tell each other about their working day. When they mention a fact, eg. a positively closed phone call with a customer opens the flashback showing how the event itself happened (colleague at the desk who answers the customer and talks to him). The ending is on the machine and ends with a funny joke.
